AllChinaBuy on record: what it was, what replaced its homepage, and where orders can go

This page keeps AllChinaBuy's record in one place: what it offered buyers until the summer of 2026, what its homepage shows instead, and four agents that were taking orders on the dates we checked. Hat Rack is independent and has never been run by AllChinaBuy.

AllChinaBuy's homepage, loaded from our desk on 20 October 2026, held a single maintenance notice in English and Chinese. It put the outage down to a hacker attack that was not yet fully resolved, gave no date for a return, and listed a service email and an online chat entry for anyone with order questions.

AllChinaBuy as it worked until the summer of 2026

A shopping agent buys for you in Chinese marketplaces that do not sell abroad directly. AllChinaBuy did that for buyers outside China. Its English user guide, archived on 4 August 2026, walked a first order through step by step, from the moment a buyer dropped a Taobao, Tmall or JD.com product address into its search bar to the day the parcel arrived; orders started from a product link. The complete sequence and the warehouse decisions appear below.

After purchase, items went to its warehouse where, by the guide's account, staff checked each arrival and photographed it for the buyer; goods bought from 1688 had an inspection standard of their own. Items could wait in storage for 90 days free while the buyer added more, then went out together in one parcel.

Most of the detail that mattered to buyers sat in the help centre: fees, payment routes, the exchange rate basis and the paid parcel cover. Those are collected on the order costs page, with dates.

Read the original numbered sequence and its matching official screens below.

The notice that replaced the homepage

The notice is a single page with an English and a Chinese version. It addresses AllChinaBuy's users, describes the website as undergoing an upgrade and maintenance process to protect data, apologises for the inconvenience and points anyone with an order question, or a related one, to its online customer service team. It gives a service email address and a chat entry, and no date for the site's return.

We cannot tell whether the chat or the email receive replies, and we have not tested them. What the notice offers anyone with an open order, balance or parcel is those two channels. If a payment you made to AllChinaBuy worries you, the rules for checking or disputing it sit with whoever issued the card or runs the wallet you paid with.

The notice says nothing specific about the warehouse, parcels in transit or account balances; every question is pointed to the same two channels.

What drew buyers to AllChinaBuy in its trading months

Agents share their core errand, so the reasons to pick one live in the details. AllChinaBuy's archived pages offered several: no service fee on ordinary marketplace orders, 90 days of free storage, inspection photos as standard, an English-first site with several payment routes, and a paid parcel cover with published rates. For a buyer adding a few caps or a pair of frames to a clothing order, that combination kept the extra cost per item low.

What it did not offer, on the evidence we hold, was a published figure for its exchange rate margin or its card costs. Those sat inside the price, unseen, as they do at many agents.

Today the advice is short. When an agent's site shows only a maintenance notice, that is when to use another agent. The listings on this rack are catalogue links rather than AllChinaBuy links, so any agent that buys from the same platforms can place the order.

LoongBuy, OOTDBuy, RizzitGO and JoyaGoo on fees, storage and card costs

These are other agents to consider for the listings on this rack, and each was taking orders on the date shown in its entry. We compared them on three points that matter to a small-accessory order. Each entry gives its date and the page it came from; where an agent did not publish something, the entry says so rather than borrowing a figure from elsewhere.

Entries in the agents' own words where possible, dated as shown.
AgentPurchasing fee on ordinary ordersFree warehouse storageCard or wallet cost printed as a figure
LoongBuyIts help FAQ described a "0 service fee mode": in general no purchasing fee beyond the product cost, international shipping and customs-related fees. (our record, 10 Oct 2026)90 days from the "Warehoused" status, then RMB 0.1 per kg per day, at least RMB 0.1 per item per day. (Storage page updated 21 Apr 2026; our record, 10 Oct 2026)No figure printed: its Payment Methods page says fees, rates and processing times vary by provider. (page updated 14 Apr 2026; our record, 10 Oct 2026)
OOTDBuyA platform service fee of 8 to 15 per cent on the goods payment and again on the international shipping payment. (fee notice, read 20 Oct 2026)90 days, counted from when the order shows as "received"; after that the goods count as given up. (Storage notice, read 20 Oct 2026)Printed: the platform rate depends on the payment channel, with 8 per cent as the standard rate on common channels. (fee notice, read 20 Oct 2026)
RizzitGONone shown on its public pages, and its payment-method data returned a zero service-fee rate. (our record, 17 Oct 2026)60 days free, with paid extensions near the end. (how-it-works page; our record, 17 Oct 2026)Printed: 4 per cent plus CNY 7 for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, a higher rate for local methods, nothing for wallet balance. (payment-method data; our record, 17 Oct 2026)
JoyaGooDescribed as a free shopping agent service: item price, domestic delivery and later international shipping, with paid add-ons optional. (help centre; our record, 17 Oct 2026)90 days from the "Stored" status. (help centre; our record, 17 Oct 2026)No rate printed; a checkout screenshot in its guide shows a ¥0.00 handling fee on a balance payment. (help centre; our record, 17 Oct 2026)

If you want the item price to stay close to the catalogue price, the pages of LoongBuy, RizzitGO and JoyaGoo showed no purchasing fee on ordinary orders, while OOTDBuy published a platform fee on both goods and shipping. If you like to know card costs before paying, RizzitGO and OOTDBuy printed figures and LoongBuy and JoyaGoo did not. If your accessories will wait in a warehouse while a bigger order comes together, LoongBuy, OOTDBuy and JoyaGoo listed 90 free days and RizzitGO listed 60.

None of these points says which agent will treat a parcel well. Read each agent's own pages before a first order, because fees and storage terms change, and the dates in the entries are there so you can tell how old they are.

Each of the four links above carries our referral code. If you open an account through one, that agent may pay this site a commission; it does not change the entries above, and every figure in them came from the agent's own pages.

Announcements, and community talk after the notice

The maintenance notice was the only official notice on AllChinaBuy's homepage when we loaded it on 20 October 2026, and it carried no timetable or change of plan.

Community feedback is where buyers compare notes on agents, mostly in Reddit threads and agent-specific servers. For accessories those threads are useful for one thing above all: buyers posting their own photos of caps, frames and chains next to the listing photos. Read them for the photos and the dates, and give more weight to a post with both than to a confident claim with neither.

Claims about why a site went offline, or what will happen to balances, travel fast in those threads and are rarely sourced. We stick to the notice's own words and the date we saw them.

Read a post for what it can show

A photograph can show one parcel and one item. It cannot establish whether all orders are moving, whether balances are refundable, or when a service will reopen. Compare the post date, the order stage and any official reply before applying somebody else’s experience to your own order.

Where this site stands on copies of trademarked goods

This independent catalogue cannot access agent accounts, orders, parcels or refunds. For an AllChinaBuy order, use the service-email or online-service entry shown on AllChinaBuy’s own site; their presence does not establish a response time.

Many catalogue photos show logos because sellers photograph what they sell. A photo on this site is the seller's own, shown so you can judge the item; it is not a claim about who made it.

When a listing leaves you unsure, leave it on the rack. There are always other caps.

From a saved accessory to delivery: the original steps

This sequence follows the official AllChinaBuy guide captured on 4 August 2026. It contains Steps 1–9 followed by a separate final step. Screen examples and historic policies do not establish current availability or terms.

Step 1 — Select Item

Copy the exact marketplace product link into the AllChinaBuy search bar. The archived guide also offered a keyword search. A saved catalogue option is more precise than a broad keyword: keep the seller link, colour, size and quantity together.

Step 2 — Submit Order

Compare the imported options, select colour, size and quantity, then use “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. If the “Fill in A Shopping Agent Order” form appears, enter the requested product information manually. A similar search result is not a substitute for the listing you selected.

Step 3 — Pay for Item(s)

Review the destination country, remarks, selected services and disclaimer on the confirmation page. This payment covered the goods and Chinese domestic delivery. Payment methods and any fees must be checked in the account actually taking your payment; the old screenshot is not a current price list.

Step 4 — AllChinaBuy Purchase

The agent contacted the seller and bought the requested item. The guide used “order enquiry” for purchase questions. An order submitted by you, an item purchased by the agent and an item dispatched by the seller are different events. Ask which event is outstanding before approving a substitute.

Step 5 — AllChinaBuy Inspection and Storage

The recorded guide placed inspection and photographs after warehouse arrival. It directed buyers to “My AllChinaBuy” → “Warehouse” and noted that 1688 purchases used a different inspection standard. Compare the received option with your saved order. Resolve missing evidence or a return request before submitting a parcel; the free-storage period is not a return deadline.

Step 6 — Submit for Delivery

Select the intended items in “My Warehouse”, submit them for delivery, enter the delivery details and review the available routes. Check restrictions and any packaging, reinforcement or insurance options. Combining items is a choice, not a guarantee of lower freight; compare the actual contents and packed estimate.

Step 7 — Pay international shipping fee deposit

The archived guide called this an international shipping fee deposit. Its estimate depended on weight, route and destination; final cost depended on the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. This is the second agent-payment stage. Read the current settlement and import-charge terms before approving a new parcel.

Step 8 — AllChinaBuy Delivery

The warehouse consolidated, packed, reinforced where requested, weighed and dispatched the parcel. Paying freight did not itself establish carrier collection. Keep the parcel reference and distinguish a shipping label from an acceptance scan.

Step 9 — Waiting for your package to arrive

The guide directed buyers to “Parcels” to follow shipping progress. Keep the agent parcel reference and carrier tracking number together. For a stalled scan, check which carrier currently holds the parcel before asking for an update.

Final step — Delivered & Review

After receipt, the guide used “My AllChinaBuy” → “Parcels” to confirm delivery. The same parcel offered “Apply After-Sales”. Inspect the contents and retain labels, packaging and evidence before confirming everything is correct. Historic rewards or claims deadlines do not establish the terms for a new order.

Apply the checkpoints to this catalogue

For a hat, eyewear or jewellery pick, save the option and dimensions before paying. At inspection, compare quantity, crown shape, hinges or clasps as relevant. Photos cannot test lens protection or metal composition. Resolve seller or return questions before combining a rigid frame with soft accessories for shipping.
